It’s hard for a lot of people who have never been in LA to believe that there is a river running through the city. Even harder to believe that said river actually holds fish and people are willing to stand in the water to try and catch them! Here is proof! This particular day was with my buddy Tyler Vanosdell of Mission Bay Fly Fishing and Lino Jubilado - aka the Mayor of Los Angeles River fly fishing. We had a great time, but it was one of those days on the water where you do everything right but it still doesn’t add up to anything. Perhaps that’s what keeps people coming back?
